ABOUT MY ART
Heather Steinle
Graduated RISD 1984
My Treasure Boxes are repurposed and reimagined. I have chosen a small format on used wood boxes that have been given, bought, bartered for, or rescued. They are handpainted with imagination and intention using an assortment of natural paints including milk paint, chalk paint, and mineral paint. I find my inspiration in my mountaintop garden and the natural world around me. Thank you for your purchases, I know you will enjoy using your treasure box as much as I enjoyed painting it.
You can view some of my previous work on Pinterest at: https://www.pinterest.com/stein62/heathers-creations. I am happy to work with you on custom items as well. My last project was a memory box for my client's first grandchild.
I also have a booth at a local thrift shop in Bradford Vermont called Village Eclectics 2 selling crafts, antiques, collectibles, and whatnots. You can follow our group of over 30 vendors on Facebook.
